3. Payments & Refunds

• All sales are final. Refunds are only provided in exceptional cases at our discretion.

4. Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are final once work has begun.
• Refunds are only considered in exceptional cases, such as failure to deliver the agreed-upon service.
• Any refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase via email at support@orangedesignsllc.com.
• If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-14 business days using the original payment method.
• Partial refunds may be considered based on the stage of project completion.
• We reserve the right to deny refunds for change-of-mind requests after service delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, designs, and trademarks on our website are owned by Orange Designs Technologies.
• Clients receive rights to designs upon full payment, but Orange Designs Technologies retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information and necessary resources to complete projects. Delays caused by the client are not our responsibility.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts if there is a violation of these terms.
