REVISION POLICY

The allowed number for revisions are based on the selected packages and you may demand as much as possible based on your package. So please be sure that you choose the best package that meets your needs. You are not liable to pay for any additional price if the design concepts are not changed. However, you will have your revised design in the coming 48 hours.

REFUND POLICY

Orange Designs refund policies are as follow:

• You have to choose a special package
• The primary design concept will be approved
• You have demanded revisions.
• The cancellation has been made due to reasons unrelated to the company.
• The company has not been contacted for more than 2 weeks.
• Company’s policies, or policy, have been violated.
• Other companies or logo designers have been approached for the same project.
• The creative brief is lacking in required information.
• A complete design change has been demanded.
• The claim has crossed the given ‘request for refund’ time span.

Other reasons like “change of mind” or “disagreement with a partner” won’t be entertained at any cost.

Our core services that are included won’t be limited to social media marketing or management or search engine optimization with domain registration and logo copyrights with trademark and web hosting plus paid plugins are not entitled to refunds under any circumstances.

Refund requests will not be entertained once the logo/website designs are approved.

DELIVERY POLICY

The completed order of design will be delivered to you on the committee date and our Order Confirmation will ensure that your email will be sent timely. Moreover, the turnaround time will be according to your package selected, and the minimum time would be 2 working business days.

RECORD MAINTENANCE

Orange Designs always maintain a record of the finalised designs so that, if anything is misplaced from you, we will get it back to you.

COMMUNICATION POLICY

YOU agree that Orange Designs is not liable for any correspondence from email address (es) other than the ones followed by our own domain i.e. "sales@orangedesigns.com" or/and any toll free number that is not mentioned on our website. Orange Designs should not be held responsible for any damage(s) caused by such correspondence.

We are not responsible for any damages caused due to other contact details not provided by us.

Project activation charges will apply if the client fails to respond over a period of 45 days.
